Seven hikers led by Brian Henwood. Strong winds kept the clouds and rain off the escarpment giving us a wonderful weekend.
The picture with 4 of us hikers has in the background the highest peak in southern africa, Ntabana Ntlenyana, meaning, " Nice Little Mountain " Altitude 3482m. The aim was to summit the peak, but a case of altitude sickness, blisters, and time concerns left the hikers taking the responsible action of turning back before the summit.
